The school system offers primary and secondary education and a school bus service is available at no charge.
Market day in Zurgena is Friday where you will find several interesting items including fresh fish, meat and vegetable stalls.
At the front of the property, from the street and through the pedestrian gates, is the front terrace which is a really nice space for sitting and relaxing. Through the main front entrance door into the bright, spacious hallway with a door on the right opening into a very large double bedroom with a ceiling fan. A further arch leads to a passagweway with a door to the courtyard, straight ahead is the good sized fully fitted kitchen with ample wall and floor units, gas hob and extractor over, electric oven, fridgefreezer and has air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Along the passageway is the bathroom comprising a full size bath with hand held shower, separate walk in glazed shower cubicle, pedestal wash hand basin, WC and bidet, towel radiator and electric heater.
Moving down the passageway a door on the left opens into the utility room with washing machine and freezer and a door out to a small courtyard. At the end of the passageway there is a room with a fireplace which could be changed to make a further bedroom. Putting these rooms together they can be easily changed to create a shower room and a bedroom to form an independant annexe.
A door opens to the exterior garage space with stairs leading up to the roof terrace. The tiled stairs with metal hand rails go up the middle to the spacious roof terrace with a pergola at one end, a super place for sitting and enjoying the views over the town and hills beyond, and to the other side is a room which would be great made into an outdoor kitchen and bar area for summer living and dining.
