The large swimming pool has Roman steps to one end and is set in a tiled terrace with pool-side shower and ample space for sunbathing. There are both summer & winter covers for the pool. To one side of the pool is a covered outdoor bar with fan, fridge and seating area, and to the other side is a fly screen enclosed dining terrace. There is also a building which houses a utility room with washing machine and the pool pump room with water softener. To the front of this building is a patio with a jacuzzi hot tub, and to the side of the villa is a petanque court.
