Charming 4 bedroom country house in a beautiful rural setting with fabulous views, situated in the Lubrin area of Almeria Province. The property is located around 9km from the small town of Lubrin which offers all amenities for daily living.

Access to this rural property is mostly by a tarmac road, with the final 200m via a country track. Set in a land of just over 5000m2, the house is set in a pet friendly walled & gated area of the plot of around 600m2. The entrance gates open onto a paved driveway with ample space for parking several vehicles. The house was built around 10 years ago with a mixture of brick, stone and wood finishes.

A covered porch wraps around the front and side of the house, and the front door opens into an entrance hall. To the left of the hall a door leads into a modern galley kitchen with exposed wooden beams and a feature stone clad wall. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of storage units, a sink with drainer and a gas hob with extractor. Adjoining the kitchen is a spacious lounge / dining room, again with exposed wooden beams and a stone glad wall, along with an inset wood burner. To one end of the living room, wooden patio doors open out to a huge pergola covered terrace, a fantastic space for alfresco dining and entertaining.

The three ground floor bedrooms and the family bathroom are situated to the right of the entrance hall which incorporates a large fitted storage cupboard / wardrobe. Open wooden stairs lead up to one further large bedroom in the roof space. This room is in need of a little finishing work as can be seen in the photos.

Outside, within the pergola covered terrace is a part built casita which, once finished, could be ideal for guest accommodation, a hobby room, or an outdoor kitchen area. In addition, there are two good sized brick built storage rooms.

Mains water is connected, however, the property is not currently connected to mains electricity. The vendor has been quoted 7.000 Euros for a new electricity connection.
