The twin bedroom off this is of a very generous size and enjoys views of the Andalusian mountains providing peace and tranquillity.

Back down the stairs and to the right, takes you into the owners private quarters which can be easily segregated from B&B guests. Having its own lounge, newly fitted kitchen and bathroom and 2 double bedrooms, ample space is provided here to live and to run a business. All the owners’ rooms downstairs are fitted with air con/heating. The kitchen has wall & floor cupboards, a large gas range, dark wood effect worktops and traditional Andalusian wall tiles and flooring.

Off from the kitchen is the new shower room, which consists of shower, WC, sink and additional storage set beautifully using glass tiles to provide extra light. Back through the lounge and through the archway takes you into the large hallway which has its own front door allowing separate access to the owner’s section of this impressive property.

To the right of the hallway is the first large double bedroom, with views over looking the grounds, the other double is to the left of the hallway which is of fair size and lovely views.

To the front of the property is a relaxing seating area, which has shade by way of the large carab tree to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Out of the front door and just a few meters away is the impressive ‘Piggery’ restaurant/bar. This property also benefits from having its own garage, with electricity and a well, and adjacent to the garage are enough parking bays for at least 10 cars. There are also fruit and olive trees, planted in the grounds, adding to the authenticity of a Spanish property.

This is within walking distance to a new bar that will be opening sometime this year, and an easy 5 min drive to Arboleas village which has a baker’s, supermarket, tobacconist, bars and restaurants. The larger town of Albox is around an 8-10 minute drive away and the beaches of Garrucha and Mojacar can be reached in just over 30 mins by car.
