There is an outside shower and BBQ area, with plenty of space for table and chairs and two sheds one housing the gas bottles and the other the gardening tools etc and the pump area for the pool.

The wrought iron sliding gate leads you into the parking area where there is more than enough room for several vehicles plus the car port. This really is an amazing property and has been well cared for by the current owners since built and would make a great family home or lock up and leave holiday home.

The main town of Albox is only a 15 minute drive away and has all the necessary bars, restaurants, 24/7 medical centre, dentist, clothing stores, schools and much more. The coast is around half an hour´s drive and the airports of Almeria & Murcia just over an hour.
