The family bathroom comprises a full size bath with shower over & glazed shower screen, WC, bidet and basin set in a feature wooden storage unit.

Outside, the courtyard comprises a paved area with raised corner beds and ample space for alfresco dining. It gives access to the boiler room for the oil fired central heating system. From the courtyard, a feature archway leads out to a large walled garden with a 10x4m tiled pool with an off-set stepped area for sitting.
