This secluded 3 bedroom villa is reached via a short track, a very private location but close to the town of Taberno. The land is divided into two areas, a few terraces with olive trees and around the house an area is fenced, gated and gravelled.

The gates are electric and open into an area with parking for several cars. The pool area is at the side of the villa which faces towards the village overlooking countryside. To the front of the villa there is a large covered porch area which provides shade during the day and has beautiful views of picturesque Taberno and the surrounding countryside. From here the front door opens into a hallway. Double glazed doors open into a good size lounge with patio doors to the covered porch. There is currently no fire in the lounge but there is a chimney so it would be an easy addition if required.

From the hallway further glazed doors open into a very spacious kitchen/diner, divided by a wall with a large arched window between the two rooms and an arched doorway. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern light wood effect units, electric oven, gas hob, fridge, double sink and stainless steel extractor. A door at the end of the kitchen leads into a small hall ideal for coats and shoes, off which is located the utility room and the back door to the pool area. Larger than average, the utility room houses a sink, the gas water heater, a washing machine and fridge freezer.

From the front door the main hallway leads off to the right giving access to the three bedrooms and spacious family bathroom. This has a full size bath with shower over and glazed shower screen, WC, bidet, basin and storage cupboard.

The second bedroom is a large twin and bedroom three is a large double. The Master bedroom is spacious with dual aspect windows and an en-suite shower room. Large glass screened shower cubicle, WC, bidet, basin and storage cupboard.

The house benefits from two ducted air conditioning units, one which covers the living accommodation and the other the three bedrooms. This system provides not only cold but hot air during the winter. The windows are double glazed, with persianas and rejas. A 5000l under ground water tank provides a back up and there is a small brick built store room in the garden at the rear of the house.

This villa is presented in excellent condition and is incredibly spacious, the rooms are all well proportioned. The garden has several mature plants but is a fairly blank canvas for someone to create their own oasis.

The house is within an easy walk of the village, which has good amenities, including a School, Health Centre, Bank, Shops, several bars/restaurants and a weekly Friday market and is a 15 minute drive to both Albox and Huercal Overa
